The Importance of Education

Long ago, people just stick to their principle about
education. Accordingly, our ancestors don’t want to send their children in
school because they believed that education is just a waste of time, and a
waste of money. They tend to let their children work and earn money to provide
their needs. They forget the importance of education indeed. This is the reason
why the earliest Filipinos easily invaded by the European countries. They are
killed by their own innocence.
Today, Filipinos are encouraged to educate their
children. Indeed it is the most important commodity we receive in life. This
modern time requires great knowledge about the new trends because we are
competing with the other country. It is not about the beauty, economic status,
denomination, race etc. It’s about on how we deal in educating ourselves.
Despite so many problems, we should have the courage to pursue our study
because only education can open our heart and mind to keep fighting for the
good life. Through education we can
create and grasp great ideas, communicate with other, work well etc. This is
how important education is.
We should continue learning and be not stagnant because
everything may change over time. We must erase the mindset of our ancestor
about education thus living in modern time means changing the wrong mindset. And
always remember that education is the key to success.
